Framework agreement
The Ministries of VWS & SZW have selected the combination CIMSOLUTIONS / SLTN Professional Services / Verdonck, Klooster & Associates (VKA) as one of the preferred suppliers for the delivery of IT professionals. The assignment starts on 1 January 2018, has a term of 4 years and has a total assignment value of €90 million. The job profiles of the IT professionals are mainly focused on Project Management, Application Development/Web Development, IT Architecture, Application Management, Test Management, Information Analysis and Test Execution. In addition to the core departments, the inspections, councils and committees belonging to the ministries are also part of this assignment, including the CIBG, RIVM and IGZ.
The ministries chose our combination because of our many years of experience in searching, finding and deploying IT expertise for (national) government agencies (since 2013 as preferred supplier of both ministries).

In the past year, CIMSOLUTIONS (in combination with various strategic partners) has already won several important ICT hiring tenders, e.g. from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science for ICT hiring (including the administrative department and the Heritage Inspectorate), the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment (I&M) for IT Expertise Services, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Tax Authorities, the Education Executive Agency (DUO) Groningen and Zoetermeer, the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands together with the Education Inspectorate and the National Archives (together with the Education Council, the Council for Culture and the Advisory Council for Science, Technology and Innovation).
The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport has as its motto The Netherlands healthy and well. Approximately 5,000 civil servants of this ministry make government policy in the field of health care, social care and sports. Care for the elderly and young people and for people with a physical or mental disability. In addition to the core department, the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport also has inspections, councils and committees, some of which are spread across the Netherlands.
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment works towards a socially and economically strong Netherlands in Europe, with work and security of existence for everyone. The ministers are responsible for, among other things, the labour market policy, including migration and free movement of workers, benefits and reintegration, income policy, combining work and care, working conditions policy and inspection thereof. Approximately 2200 people work at the Ministry of SZW.
