The application management team and desired support are fully tailored to your needs. This means that you have the desired functionalities and the necessary support for incidents or change requests at all times. The service provision is recorded in a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the collaboration is recorded in the Dossier Afspraken en Procedures (DAP). CIMSOLUTIONS has its own development, test, acceptance and production environments available for in-house application management, maintenance and support equipped with OTAP streets, CI/CD pipelines based on DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, (automatic) regression testing and Infrasturcture-As-A-Code.
Application management at a lower rate than you are used to in the Netherlands is possible with us in collaboration with our offshore team in Dhaka.
