I decided to do my graduation assignment at CIMSOLUTIONS at the Deventer location. My graduation assignment was about E-learning. I did research on how e-learning can be applied to the internal training offer and the intranet of CIMSOLUTIONS. I was well supervised by CIMSOLUTIONS, I felt taken seriously, time was made for me and in the meantime I got to know the company well. You could tell that they had a lot of experience in supervising graduates. There were clear agreements and there were many opportunities during the graduation. Such as the opportunity to interview employees, set up a think tank, practice my presentations several times and ask for feedback from the internship supervisor and other employees. The result was a starting point for applying e-learning. The focus was on the right components. This led to me being able to take my research to a higher level and successfully graduating (yes!). After a smooth application process, I was employed by CIMSOLUTIONS. A good start to my career in ICT.
After a wonderful summer holiday I started a Traineeship at CIMSOLUTIONS. During the traineeship I followed various training courses and workshops. Training courses and workshops were given by colleagues with a lot of knowledge and practical experience. I worked together with other trainees on a project where we could immediately apply the new knowledge, a lot of fun, very educational and sometimes exciting. Every now and then you are thrown in the deep end during the project, then things go differently than you expected and things go wrong. That is the intention, because mistakes that you make during the training program you will not make later at the customer. That is ultimately where you learn the most. The composed training program is tailor-made and depends on the interests and preferences of yourself and your new colleagues. The project is well supervised and you are prepared for practice. Thanks to the traineeship I was able to further develop into a T-shaped Test Engineer. After two months I was ready to be deployed at the customer.
During the traineeship it became clear that CIMSOLUTIONS wanted to use me on an internal project. That is why I had an intake interview during the traineeship. After the traineeship I was allowed to start working on this project right away. It concerns a migration project to support the business processes, in which a Microsoft Dynamics AX system is migrated to a new cloud solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365. I have now been working at CIMSOLUTIONS for more than a year as a Test Engineer. I am still working on the same internal project. I have nice colleagues and I am learning a lot. If it were up to me, I have not finished learning and I hope that I will be able to gain much more knowledge and experience at CIMSOLUTIONS in the future.

In order to achieve a Flow in the development of new products and services, it has proven to be very effective to use a framework to flexibly and adaptively set up customer requirements.
I first came into contact with CIMSOLUTIONS when I was in the fourth year of the Bachelor ICT Business program. I immediately thought it was an interesting organization and wanted to know more about it.
I started as a software developer, grew to senior functional application manager and am now on my way to information analyst. This by obtaining certificates, following training courses and gaining the right practical experience.
As an Information / Data analyst, I am responsible for retrieving the correct information about the business matters and the most important systems within the concrete business process.
As a Scrum Master, you need to be a strong communicator, a good listener, be able to resolve conflicts, coach team members, be able to organize and facilitate well.
