What are you going to do?
Over the years, CIMSOLUTIONS has implemented various systems for matching suitable candidates to client requests. CIMSOLUTIONS requires a matching system in which all required functionality is incorporated in one system, which is also suitable for further expansion in the future. This matching system has a link to the ERP system for exchanging matching data and matching results. In order to set up such a matching system, the requirements and wishes must be mapped out and the current environment must be described. Based on the requirements and wishes, a design for the new matching system to be developed must be presented to the commercial management team and the application management team. After their approval, the matching system will be developed and linked to the existing ERP system. The final results will be demonstrated to the entire management and application management team, followed by its implementation including user training.
The elaboration:
In completing the assignment you demonstrate the following skills:
- Information analysis and research skills;
- Presentation, advisory and demonstration skills;
- Application design, programming and testing skills;
- Working out the assignment in a structured manner;
- Reporting in writing and orally on the results of the assignment;
- Justifying choices regarding your approach and results with an eye for quality.
The expected results:
- Delivering and presenting the design;
- Delivery, demonstration and implementation of the matching system;
- Delivery of user and maintenance documentation;
- Training of the matching functionality.
Required knowledge and experience:
- Good command of the Dutch language;
- Knowledge of and affinity with software development.
