What are you going to do?
In past 10 years, large numbers of quotes have been issued for various government clients. In order to keep this information accessible and clear, we would like to place it in a Content Management System. In addition, we want to develop an automatic system (classification engine) that places the current quotes and future quotes in the CMS in a generic but structured way.
Over 50% of CIMSOLUTIONS’ service provision is within the government, both local and national. This business is mainly generated by successfully bidding on European tenders. CIMSOLUTIONS has proven to be successful in this over the last 10 years.
The elaboration:
- Drawing up a list of requirements for the CMS
- Identifying and selecting a suitable (Open Source) CMS
- Identifying a suitable (Open Source) classification engine
- Developing / configuring / programming the classification environment
- Linking classification environment and CMS
- Identify requirements and wishes for search functionality in CMS
- Developing additional required functionality
- Classifying the complete quotation collection
- Drafting end user documentation
- Testing and delivery
- Training the end users
Required knowledge and experience:
- Familiarity with XML, XSL and HTML
- Familiarity with (relational) databases
- Familiarity with design techniques
- Relevant experience with programming in C++, JAVA or PHP
- Relevant experience or familiarity with Content Management Systems
