What are you going to do?

The current intranet environment of CIMSOLUTIONS no longer meets current requirements. There is a desire to completely rebuild the intranet. To set up a new intranet, the requirements and wishes must be mapped out and the current environment must be described. Based on the wishes and requirements, a suitable (open source) platform must be selected via market research on which the new intranet can be set up. The proposal (advice) must be submitted to the management of CIMSOLUTIONS. After choosing a new platform, the platform must be set up based on the wishes and requirements.

The elaboration:

In completing the assignment you demonstrate the following skills:

  • Advisory skills;
  • Application of various research methods;
  • Application of research cycle (Problem analysis, research design, data collection, data analysis and reporting);
  • Reporting in writing and orally on the results of the assignment.
  • Justifying choices regarding your approach and results with an eye for quality;
  • Working out the assignment in a structured manner;
  • Reporting in writing and orally on the results of the assignment.

The expected results:

  • Functioning intranet platform
  • Delivering the new intranet.
  • User Guide for Using Intranet

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Good command of the Dutch language
  • Knowledge of and affinity with setting up an (open source) CMS.
