CIMSOLUTIONS is a Dutch ICT consulting company that selects and assigns both its own employees as well as professionals employed by third parties and self-employed persons. The department responsible within CIMSOLUTIONS for this is called IT Resource Management or ITRM for short.
The IT Resource Management team of CIMSOLUTIONS consists of a team of resource managers who are in daily contact with external suppliers and freelancers on the one hand and our team of account managers on the other. In this way, we ensure that we have a sharp eye on both the received candidates and the client requests and can inform all parties in a timely manner about the action and statuses.
The ITRM team does not distinguish between customers and/or regions. Client requests are picked up and distributed by the available resource managers based on availability. Although one resource manager is primarily responsible for each client request, the others always have insight into its status.
In our back office, all matters relating to agreements and deployment handling are carefully administered in accordance with our processing agreement and GDPR processing register.

After a personal conversation, this can also be done by telephone, we offer you a Non Disclosure Agreement to start the collaboration.
You indicate for which roles and expertise you want to receive requests from us. All assignments we receive are matched to roles and/or expertise. This means you will receive fewer to no irrelevant requests in your mailbox.
In the event of a match and if the candidate wants to be offered, an initial agreement is drawn up with all relevant agreements for the specific assignment. This provides the candidate with offer certainty and delivery reliability towards the client.
If desired, we can optimise the CV together with the candidate, which can increase the chance of an intake.
When invited by the client for an intake interview, we arrange a meeting with CIMSOLUTIONS and the candidate in advance to explain specific information about the client and the interview partner(s). This increases the chance that the candidate will be awarded the assignment.
